What products do you supply?
We supply 8 home textile categories: cushions, throws and blankets, curtains, kitchen and table linens, outdoor textiles, bath products, a pet collection and bags. Other home textile items can be developed on request.
Do you offer OEM and ODM services?
Yes. We can produce to your designs and specifications (OEM) or develop new products with you based on our designs and market trends (ODM), including private labels and custom packaging.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product, material and level of customization. Tell us your requirements and we will suggest the most cost-effective option for your order.
Can I get samples before placing an order?
Yes. We can provide existing samples or develop custom samples for your approval. Sample cost and lead time depend on the product and design.
How long does production take?
Lead time depends on the product, quantity and customization. A confirmed production schedule is provided once samples and order details are approved.
How do you control quality?
We check incoming materials, inspect during production and carry out a final inspection before packing. Third-party inspection by your appointed agency is welcome.
Which payment terms do you accept?
Payment terms are agreed for each order. Please contact us to discuss the terms that work best for your business.
Can you ship to my country?
Yes. We arrange export shipping by sea, air or express to destinations worldwide, and can also work with your own freight forwarder.
